Mission Statement
To develop, promote, and maintain, harmony among members of the Oo Syak Village who are now living in the State of Hawai'i, and their descendants, and to create genuine fellowship among them;
To render assistance and comfort to its members, as well as others, in times of need or trouble; and
To do all things which are charitable, benevolent, educational, and scientific to people.
