Why did you want to become an officer/director of OSGL?

When I think of all the memories I have with the society since childhood, I feel I’ve received so much. Not only has the society given me lasting memories, and a connection to my family, my roots, and cultural heritage, it also gave me community. Through becoming more involved within the society, I hope to give back and contribute to the continued growth and perpetuation of the society for years to come.

As a child, whenever we went yum cha, I loved siu mai (pork hash) so much that my family would order two servings: one for them to share and one just for me.
